    Do we need to re submit the forms if the date slipped due to bank holidays?
    switch was supposed to be the 28th but it happened on the 30th, still no bonus...

    They may just be catching up after the holidays, but I would definitely resubmit if not received by the end of tomorrow.

    Switch completed 30th

    Did your switch happen on the 29/12/22 and did you submit your referral form. Has your £125 been paid today or have you received an email yet?
    Just wondering where you said that the accounts were closed in November and you then opened the new ones.

    The switch did happen on the 29/12/22 but I've not received the £125 or any email. I sent in the referral form on 6/12/22 (the day after getting my a/c no. and having online access) but entered the switch date as 27/12/22 (the date I selected in the application). Looks like it's time to re-submit the form with the actual switch date.

    I had switched my old COOP a/c to Bank of Scotland on 27/7/21 and have the letter from COOP confirming this. However, COOP failed to close my a/c and my credit report was still showing the a/c as dormant. I eventually contacted them through my COOP online a/c and got the a/c closed on 10/11/22. I applied for a new a/c on 2/12/22.

    Well, that was quick!!!

    Form re-submitted at 12.59. Email confirming incentive at 13.16. Payment showing in a/c and now moved out to savings.

    We've not had any previous COOP Refer a Friend payments. The previous a/cs were opened in October 2017 for straightforward £125 switching rewards.

    Look's like my wife's switch has failed. Letter confirmed date of 03/01/2023 but email later changed this to 05/01/2023. Money still in Santander and no payees have been transferred across. Also, no text was received confirming the switch date (I had received text for my switch on the date the switch started).
  • My wife and my mum both applied for the switch. Was meant to be the 3rd of January. Neither have been switched yet. Will get them to call Coop and confirm what is going on.
