Was told on 24th Oct that an offer would be sent within 5 working days. It didn't, so chased it up, and long story short, they said there was a "discrepancy" with my husbands DOB. They had keyed it incorrectly, and since then apparently it has sat at the bottom of the pile. Was told yesterday that it would be offered within 2-3 days. I'm still waiting.0 -

broker called NatWest who said they could make the change without reassessment of the application, but can take 16 working days (argh!).Broker uploaded the ID doc on Monday, but he called back today and NW had only just read his email - now told it’ll be 5 working days before they re-offer.0 -
