That's good. Well done. It's over.

I was wondering if I will see anything on MCOL.
MCOL ceases to play any further part once the Claim had been transferred to a hearing court.
I am updating my notes and wanted to check, did the the Directions Questionnaire get emailed to the ccbcaq and the claimants legal representatives. They then reflect on MCOL. Is that the correct process?

Yes it was (as the Template Defence thread already tells everyone in the first 12 steps) but you've got your discontinuance now!

Yes I have and once again, thanks for your help.
Wanted to write this up for future reference and couldn't recall this step. Thanks for clarifying.

Yes, and if you were to login to MCOL and view your Claim History, you can do that now, you will see that the last line will be words to the effect that the case has been transferred to the hearing court.

    And today...
Dated 1 June 2023 is my letter of discontinuance. The letter came with a copy of the claimants "Notice of Discontinuance". and it specifies that this applies to all of the claim. They have said the file is now being closed. I assume no further actions are required? I was wondering if I will see anything on MCOL.
My hearing was set for 6 July and I hadn't yet submitted my witness statement.

Massive thanks to everyone that has helped me on here. Please let me know if you require any info on the above.
Well done ..... the DCBL chicken out machine in action again

These DCBL claims are wasting the time of courts, let alone you, and as a tax payer, you have a right to ask the MoJ why your hard earned money is being used and abused by a so called legal ...

Alex Chalk KC MP Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice

You can either contact him at Westminister or via your own MP asking for a full investigation into DCBL

It is clear that DCBL issue these claims to scare the public and vunerable people to extort money and that is a scam
