    No they're not. They are solicitors acting on behalf of a private parking company (PPC). The PPC are the claimants. Who are they please?

    Are you saying that DCBLegal are now issuing claims for CEL, despite the fact CEL have their own legal dept...? 

    Why are you still saying this, despite the earlier friendly warning from a regular, never to lie in any court submission?

    I assume that DCB Legal are now acting for CEL.

    It makes you wonder what CEL are doing...they have a legal team and in-house barrister.

    Yep, interesting.  Thankyou.  That helps us to advise others better in future.

    First one I've seen that CEL have outsourced, but the good news is that DCBLegal are useless at claims paperwork in our experience, and rely on their threatening 'Can't Pay? We'll Take it Away' logo more than anything.

    Does make you wonder if CEL have been losing too many cases, or have slimmed down their little 'legal team', because they've always done their own cases.
