    I had the exact same query today. I know my entry is correct as the postman handed it to me with a small package that wouldn’t fit through the letterbox. I logged it within 5 minutes so I can only assume their posting date was incorrect.

    I also had the same query yesterday! Funnily enough with the same scenario, in that the postman handed it to me. I also write on the envelope the date & time before logging on the App. The posting date must have been wrong.

    1. Please complete the red tag by using the information from the manifest.

    2. I have informed the concerned team regarding the same, to look into the matter, but generally it is simply handed over with the parcel.

    I hope this answers your queries.

    So I'll fix the tag, replace the tie with a spare on and see what happens next week.

    Also - check your e-mails for the Week 9 newsletter:

    • Warns that the app will start nagging you about outgoing bundles
    • Warns about Unaddressed Mail starting
    and then this:

    Monthly stamps
    Some of you gave us as feedback that it was difficult to know for which month the stamps were meant to be. So starting from the first week of February:

    • If you are scheduled to receive a sender’s pack, the stamps  will be included in the sender’s pack

    • If you are not scheduled to receive a sender’s pack, you will receive a separate letter that contains the stamps

    We sent all stamps for the previous months, so if you feel that you haven’t received them, please get in touch with us. 


    Misses completely the useful info that if stamps are included it will be mentioned in the Observations section as discovered above by HomingPigeon

    That could be it - I'm still waiting for a reply to my question about the mailbag.

    The  No of Test Letters but still makes no sense though...    This morning, it was telling me 1; then postie brought 2 which I logged and it's still at 1

    I've also got 1 new package is expected, which should be my next bundle.  The bundle list tells me that there are 2 to go out on 13th Mar - of which I've got one - and another on 20th Mar - so which is it?    Come to think of it - if I have two bundles to go out on the same day; why not send them together?   Unless, the second one is another mailbag ...

    I need to think of something new here...

    I had 2 packages scheduled to go out on the same day but when I checked this morning I was down to 1.
    I wouldn't take too much notice of the other figures. They must be constantly changing as people send and receive their items.

    The message I got says to do nothing until the end of March when they will be in touch again and specifically says do not sign up now but I see some of you have already moved. Are they staggering the move? I can still log in on the website and the app

    Some of us applied before Kantar had got around to telling people they were no longer needed. So by the time we had the message not to sign up we were already on board with Spectos.

    I completed my final stint with Kantar in Oct 2022. Then a couple of weeks later I was given a link by Kantar to sign up for Spectos. So yes, I think they are moving people over in phases.
