Monthly stamps
Some of you gave us as feedback that it was difficult to know for which month the stamps were meant to be. So starting from the first week of February:If you are scheduled to receive a sender’s pack, the stamps will be included in the sender’s pack
If you are not scheduled to receive a sender’s pack, you will receive a separate letter that contains the stamps
We sent all stamps for the previous months, so if you feel that you haven’t received them, please get in touch with us.
Misses completely the useful info that if stamps are included it will be mentioned in the Observations section as discovered above by HomingPigeon

I've received 2 sender's packs for March already, but no stamps. Should I be chasing them?0

I was querying if they were saying you'd get your stamps in the first week of the month with your sender's pack, as their quote from an earlier post wasn't clear to me. Thanks for clarifying it for me.0

We are happy to inform you we are ready to reach the next level together with you! We hope our latest App release will make the Mailagents life much easier. This is what you can expect:
App Release 1.5
Within the next few days, pending the approval of Apple and Google, we will launch version 1.5. This version will add many features that will hopefully make your tasks easier. How to identify the postage type of your test-item
So far, when reporting the receipt of an item, you were seeing only a picture of a meterfranked item, no matter what kind of postage the item had, which was confusing.
Now, the app will differentiate depending on the postage type.
For stamped items, you shall just select if the item has 1st or 2nd class stamps, and if you are receiving a letter, a large letter, or a jiffy bag.
For Meter Franked items, you need to select the value shown on the franking
For PPI items, you shall simply select if it is written 1st or 2nd class
Finally, for DSA, you don’t need to add the class.
The app will show examples of where to read the information.
Postbox Finder
If you have trouble finding a post box or a post office, on the main view, you can click on the top right corner, on the position icon. You can then find post boxes, or post offices. Clicking on them allows you to see the last collection times for the actual day. Note that the app selects only 40 places, so if you have many places shown, you might want to zoom in.Quizzes
Quizzes will now remain on the app for easy reference when you are unsure about a topic.Queries
The queries to confirm or correct data will now be integrated into the app. You might receive from time to time a notification asking you to verify some information. You will also find these queries in the list of notifications from within the app.Note that if you haven’t enabled the notifications, the system will send you an email instead, asking you to respond to the query.
Please answer to these queries as soon as you can so we can validate the information in a timely manner for Royal Mail.
Report sending of items
We would like to remind you that it is critical to enter the information in the app when you send bundles. If you don’t, we will unfortunately not be able to validatewhen you sent them, and you will not receive your points when sending them.Reporting of test items
When you send or receive items, please enter the related information in the app as soon as you can. We need to report to Royal Mail in a timely manner the results, and it helps us if you report in the app as soon as you send and receive the items.Feedback
Your feedback is always welcome and we will be happy to receive your ideas, critiques, and your suggestions on how to improve. You can send it via the app by creating a ticket or via support@mailagents.uk.This is the latest email newsletter from Spectos. I'm sorry if this has been posted before.

I'm looking at the sign up form, and it asks if we can receive large parcels. I can, but I was just wondering how frequent these are, and approx how large they tend to be please? Also, is the stuff they send empty usually? ThanksIf you want me to definitely see your reply, please tag me @forumuser7 Thank you.

Not sure anyone has actually received parcels as yet, but apparently the smaller ones will have books in them. All parcels come preprepared, no need to assemble them like with Kantar. I would imagine the frequency would be similar to Kantar, 2-3 a month.
