How do you confirm it went back? You just confirm the item receipt don't you?
I normally send them back pretty quickly but I was away last week and quite a collection built up during that time - I guess I probably didn’t notify them early enough that I wasn’t going to be around.

Well I logged it in and I wasn't asked for the postage type at all. It was stamped. And there was no RFID in it either - which may be correct as it came from the Channel Islands.I need to think of something new here...0 -
I always return my RFIDs either the same day or the next day, no idea how many I have sent back. I had a second class item today with no RFID in it.

I’ve been on a pause from kantar TNS since about Oct/early Nov and had deleted the app. Not had any email communication about the move to Spectos or being put back on posting duty. Any one takes in this position did you follow up and contact directly or just wait for them to get in touch?Many thanks

I'm trying to log in to the app right now (09.52) and it will not load. The page darkens and then buffers. Is anyone else having this problem? I've cleared the cache but it hasn't worked.0

The home page is now blank & showing no data available & my points have gone back to Zero. I can’t get onto any parts of the Home Screen eg FAQ it’s just whirring round!0 -

I updated to 1.5.0 yesterday and hit the same problem. I updated again to 1.5.1 which appears to fix the problems in 1.5.0 from yesterday.Grace80 said:
