The FAQ says every 6 months. We got Christmas presentation packs last year - which I assume count as the start of cycle one and we should get another when we complete our first cycle. What I don't know yet is when the cycle starts - I was on from October in the test phase so is that the start of my 6 months or will it start from the dual-running phase this year? It might well be different for all of us... The communications from Kantar suggest that anyone on survey now will be transferred to Kantar at the end of March - but I'll be surprised if they also keep track of where people are in their individual cycles.
Kantar will send a presentation pack our end of March/Early April to everyone part of a cycle at the moment
Spectos will start those transferring over a fresh end of March.April and send your first presentation pack0 -
I started posting test items 6th March.Does anyone know when I should expect my first stamps?
I’m wondering if I’m in training, but if I am they’ve not made it clear. The things I’m sending are going to real people. This morning I received a posting package which was a large box with a post bag in, it feels like 2 massive books to post off. However so far I’ve not received anything from fellow panelist only had items to post. Which is why I’m unsure if I’m training or live0 -
Different people seem to me to be asked to send and receive differently. I’ve been on their testing phase since October and only ever received one bundle a week to post, and one test letter a week from Spectos with a small brown envelope to post back from them.2

I've received a jiffy bag to post (think it is a small book). It has 5 x 1st class stamps on it, which = £4.75 postage. I'm sure it has been priced as a 1st class small parcel.
It easily fits through the large letter slot on the sizing guide, and the jiffy bag has 'large letter size' printed on it.
Instructions on the posting plan say that I can "Simply post the test item into a regular postbox or drop it off to your preferred post office" - so it sounds like Spectos know it's a large letter.
If I handed it to the PO counter, I think the clerk would mention that I've overpaid on the postage as it's clearly too thin for a parcel (they're a friendly, helpful lot at my local PO).
Would you just pop it into a postbox, or email Spectos about it? Am I overthinking it?
TIA for any replies. x0 -

@HomingPigeon deff overthinking. If you choose to go to a PO and hand it over, and they do say you've paid too much just look blank and say 'oh I'm posting it for my OH /elderly neighbour / aunt / uncle / mum / dad /cat's cousin as i was going this way and they already stamped it'Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Thanks both. I was also thinking about it from another angle - could Spectos be deliberately testing us as senders, to see if we pick up and report errors, or just go along with it, even when it’s incorrect?
Anyway, I’ll just stick it in a postbox and be done with it.
