No, it doesn't.
In February I queried my missing January stamps and they told me mine should have been sent out in the 3rd week of the month. They were very quick to post replacements out, I received the missing stamps within two days.
I've had 2 or 3 queries (not stamp related) and each time they replied promptly. Just wish there was a telephone helpline, like Kantar has/had.0 -
I had none in January but they were sent promptly when I queried this. I think we should look out for March's stamps this week or next.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein2

We're still in parallel running until the 27th so maybe Kantar have stocks of more useful sized stamps that will be handed over to Spectos with the RFIDs. Or since the prices change on 4th April - Spectos will get new stocks then.I need to think of something new here...2 -
I've received what Spectos describe as a "DVD" box to post next week. To me, it seems more like a C4 sized one.
Interestingly, Spectos sent it to me as a Tracked 24 item for some reason!0 -
///I think there's a simpler explanation - the team that makes these up doesn't have a franking machine or full supplies of stamps.///
I agree - it's obvious they've only got first and second class stamps to use. But if they want the package to be treated as a parcel (not by us, by the RM) they need to make it fit the dimensions of a parcel. As it is, it's a 1st class large letter with a parcel price on it.

Regarding the return of transponders, can anyone help with this please? I thought we needed to return them as soon as possible, and that's what I've always done, but I didn't realise we needed to record them as being sent, until today.
So today after returning 2, I tried to record them but got the message, "The number of transponders you returned is less than required. Please return the rest and confirm accordingly". I've returned all that I've received, but don't know what dates I returned them, and in any case, the drop-down menu will only let me record one date. I'm finding this very confusing. Does anyone else have the same problem?

No stamps either this week.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein2 -
Thanks for that, HJ.
No stamps for me yet, either.0 -
I need to keep a record of the stamps it seems, they may be deliberately not sending them. It's too much of a coincidence that many people not getting them. Some rogue employee could make a tidy sum by stealing these stamp books that are supposed to be enclosed.0

I haven't been recording the return of the transponders, mind you haven't actually had one since the app updated itself. Couldn't be bothered to do it myself and it auto updated within a couple of days, Apple is usually pretty good at updating apps.
