I’m reading that some of you have received posting packs for 27 March, which is the handover date from Kantar. Are you presuming that your active cycle will continue for another 6 mths & that you won’t be on a rest period?
I wonder if Spectos will inform us about our status from 27 March?

I agree - it's obvious they've only got first and second class stamps to use. But if they want the package to be treated as a parcel (not by us, by the RM) they need to make it fit the dimensions of a parcel. As it is, it's a 1st class large letter with a parcel price on it.

I received a letter today and it asked me what kind of stamp was on it. The options included 1st class on a letter, 1st class on a Jiffy bag and 1st class large in a letter. I would have thought that, by definition, a Jiffy bag would have been at least large letter, if not a parcel? Was struggling to think of a scenario where a normal 1st class stamp would be sufficient for a Jiffy bag. Unless they cover it in 1st class stamps, in which case, I’ve no idea what option should be chosen.

Not sure if we will continue for 6 months from 27 March or start of January when they began the dual running phase. 

For those of us doing Kantar at the same time, presumably we don’t use the link which Kantar will send to assign us over to Spectos to continue with them and just let our time on the Kantar expire?

I emailed them about this point last week. They replied confirming that it is a glitch that they are looking into with a view to resolving. As the transponders are sealed in an envelope I can’t see any way of identifying them. All we could do is to record that we returned a transponder which they may be able to identify assuming we log the received item. If we have two (or more) delivered the same day however I don’t know how they could differentiate between them.

I haven't had a bundle for 27th March yet but it shows in the app.  So I'm continuing until they tell me otherwise.  6 months from January makes sense - but I quite liked being on with Kantar from Autumn to Spring since I usually got the Christmas stamps bonus AND the Easter mini egg bonus (and the diary).   

My Kantar cycle ends this month anyway - so I don't expect them to hand me over as such.

There are very small Jiffys but you're right, they would still be Large Letter because of the thickness.

I suspect they mean a Jiffy Bag sent 1st Class (Small Parcel) - which would have been £4.45 if they had the right stamps or 5x1st class as they are using at the moment.

Still can't see the logic - since Spectos assembled the item they know what postage was used.  We'd only need to confirm that we didn't get charged because the stamps fell off....    Maybe for business senders, Spectos assemble the item but the sender franks it - so we are confirming that they used the right setting and hence the service actually used.

You can get a very small jiffy bag that could go as a standard letter (95p) but you wouldn't get much in it - perhaps one sheet of paper, or a small strip of stamps.

Regarding the problem with transformers, here's what Spectos say:

"Please ignore these transponder notifications for the time being, there are still some technical issues to be fixed".

That was a message from 9.15am today (Wed 15 March).

I've managed to get my gift card (voucher) but it was quite a struggle and some of the correspondence was in German. Couldn't get anywhere with it on my phone, finally got it using my laptop. Did anyone else find it difficult?
