    I signed up to that a couple years ago. I have never heard anything more from them. They say they still have my email address on file so presumably they’re not looking for anyone in my area at all.

    You will need to apply to join Spectos once your participation ends with Kantar.

    So, hoping they will send an invite.  I'm still sending Kantar items at the moment.

    That one caused to the UK at the end of 2021.

    I haven’t heard they’d started it up again for the UK.

    I vaguely remember an International survey closing. I got this by following the link at the bottom of the latest edition of Postscript.

    Yes, it is. Everyday when you report the items for the CDM survey your test items will instantly reduce by 1. I was confused as well until I realised what was happening.
    Sorry Grace80 - that doesn't make sense.   CDM counts the non-survey items that your postie delivers.  There's no way Spectos can know how many that is going to be.  The number of test letters showing in Notifications should be the number that are on their way to you (the sender has logged the bundle as being posted).    

    What you're describing suggests that Spectos list it as 12 test activities?  i.e. each day you have to enter CD counts as one as well as logging in an expected test letter.

    I also have the front page telling me 1 Pending Ticket but no tickets in the list.

    So I'm not convinced they have all the bugs out of the app yet....
    I need to think of something new here...

    I am getting this too. Thought it might be due to the emails they sent me about a receipt query.

    I’ve also had pending tickets showing on the front page when I’ve sent them an email. When they reply to the email the pending ticket reverts to 0. So I think there is some connection there.  
    I agree definitely bugs in the App, they need to work on.

    That could be it - I'm still waiting for a reply to my question about the mailbag.

Given they were concerned about me having recorded it as received before I received it, I’ve no idea how that would even be possible given I would have no details to record it…

    I had the exact same query today. I know my entry is correct as the postman handed it to me with a small package that wouldn’t fit through the letterbox. I logged it within 5 minutes so I can only assume their posting date was incorrect.
