On a separate note - I have my first outgoing bundle of cubes today.  It arrived already in the mailbag, with that and the posting plan and manifest squidged into a box.  The instructions are to take it to a PO as is  OR  open the bag and put in a parcel postbox.   I don't have a parcel postbox nearby so I'm off to the PO.

Where I know they expect the manifest to be tucked through the zip tie.  So I went to cut off the tie and replace it with a spare and noticed the red PPI tag is not filled in.  Kantar asked us to fill it in but the Spectos instructions don't mention it.  I think I might drop Spectos an e-mail just to be sure.
Sure it's in the detail somewhere but I haven't had any cubes - if you take them out of the bag to post in a parcel box, what do they expect you to then do with the bag?
Send them back I guess (like the books you don't want)

I was going to ask the same question as NBLondon
I have never posted a package in mailbag either and have no idea what to do! there may be a parcel box local, so do I then open the bag and take the items out? is it easier to take it to post office??

The instructions say to open the bag and put the parcels in a parcel postbox.   Then ignore the manifest (I'd shred it with the rest of the unused paperwork).   That is easier than queuing in the PO, getting them to scan or stamp the manifest and hand it over - but only if you have a handy parcel postbox.  My nearest is 3.3 miles away and the PO is 0.3 ....

No guidance given but you could drop it off at any convenient PO/delivery office or possibly just shove it in the box as well.

Did you get a newsletter dated 04/02/23?

    Small and medium parcels
You might receive boxes that contain a sealed bag and an envelope with the sender’s protocol and a manifest. This bag contains two parcels. You cannot post these in postboxes, and you have 2 options:
You can bring the bag to a post office and hand it over to the counter with the manifest.
You can open the bag and post the two parcels in a parcel postbox only.

You did get the posting plan, didn't you?  In an envelope addressed to you inside the big box.    The instructions are on the back of that with the barcode to scan when you send them.

I accepted an invitation for the correctly delivery survey which starts on 27 Feb for two weeks.  I have just checked my account and advised they will be sending me 12 test items. Is this connected to the correctly delivered survey.  Sorry just a little confused.
