Going by posts here this is a common error.
And I did suggest to them they might like to be a bit clearer on the app and have the stamp as an option, but got a "not necessary" response.
I struggle with entering a "not known" when I'm looking at a stamp and do know the value.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Compared to Kantar - it's a mess.  The options should be 95p (1st Class stamp)  xxp (1st class metered) and so on.  Since Spectos prepare the stamped envelopes, they already know what it is; unlike Kantar where the sender could have mixed them up.  For a business sender - it's possible that the franking machine was set wrongly and the item went by the wrong rate.
I need to think of something new here...

Its stupid - the prices are those for stamps, not for mailmarks which are always cheaper.  I've been entering items as their stamp postage value rather than other, they haven't said anything.  I haven't had any mailmark items anyway.  This part of the data entry needs to be sorted out before the survey goes live at the end of March as its just confusing at the moment

I've only had 1 or 2 Mailmark; mostly stamps and this month, items sent by  "Whistl"  which don't have a value just a code.

A single option of "Stamped" would be more sensible.

On a separate note - I have my first outgoing bundle of cubes today.  It arrived already in the mailbag, with that and the posting plan and manifest squidged into a box.  The instructions are to take it to a PO as is  OR  open the bag and put in a parcel postbox.   I don't have a parcel postbox nearby so I'm off to the PO.

Where I know they expect the manifest to be tucked through the zip tie.  So I went to cut off the tie and replace it with a spare and noticed the red PPI tag is not filled in.  Kantar asked us to fill it in but the Spectos instructions don't mention it.  I think I might drop Spectos an e-mail just to be sure.

I was going to ask the same question as NBLondon
I have never posted a package in mailbag either and have no idea what to do! there may be a parcel box local, so do I then open the bag and take the items out? is it easier to take it to post office??

Sure it's in the detail somewhere but I haven't had any cubes - if you take them out of the bag to post in a parcel box, what do they expect you to then do with the bag?
