Yes, it is. Everyday when you report the items for the CDM survey your test items will instantly reduce by 1. I was confused as well until I realised what was happening.

The way the App works at the moment there is a connection between number of test items and the CDM survey, as I mentioned in my previous post. It’s quite confusing! For example, at the start of the CDM survey I had 13 test items showing. I only received 1 actual test letter, the rest were 12 days of completing the survey. 

I’ve completed the survey today & it now shows 0 test items.

For the CDM survey you just record your ordinary mail. The tutorial & manual give clear instructions.

I'm still on the Kantar/TNS survey and not double running with this one but interested to help decide whether to move over.

You may know that with Kantar/TNS you don't count any survey-related post when doing the CD survey.   Your example seemed to suggest the system may have pre-populated the CDM survey with 13 test items.  Any way, my little brain is hurting and I don't think I'll bother with Spectos as I'm still confused.

I would give it a go as long as you are comfortable doing everything through an app. You can always bail out if you don't like it.
You don't have to accept the surveys.

Apologies, if I’ve added to your confusion. I’d also say give it a try. It’s quite easy to be a participant & so far seems well organised. Spectos are also responsive to any queries or problems you may raise with them.
