Took my first set of outgoing parcels (this cycle) to the PO yesterday and noticed that the last acceptance time had changed from 5.15pm to 5.05pm.  So when I logged the parcels standing outside the PO - I tried to report this.  App then asks me for a photo of the plate???  Well, I'm not going to walk back in and photograph it am I? That wouldn't look suspicious at all...  Maybe I'll try and do it from the queue next time I go.
Is there a postbox outside the post office?
Yes.  Are you thinking that the app is picking up the postbox and not the PO?  I checked that I'd selected PO and the correct one.  I'm assuming the terminology is just unclear and they want a picture of the poster on the PO wall with last acceptance time (which is different from the last collection time on the postbox outside)
I need to think of something new here...

The last collection time inside my PO is earlier than the box outside to allow processing time.

Has anyone had posting packs for May and / or May bundles added to their timetable on the app?

I've got a bundle scheduled for May. It's due to arrive in the middle of time away which was entered over 6 months ago. I've raised a ticket to ask why.

When I click on services near you I get the collection time for the postbox outside the post office. I've never seen a collection time displayed inside....except when I lived near a post office which moved into w h smith's which said post must be counter-side by a certain time...but there wasn't a postbox outside.
If you have a different lat is that a royal mail sign or a post office policy?

I would think that it is a bit early to say that no misuse of your data has happened.
Be proactive. Look out for any by registering with one of the free credit reference agencies.
