Yes.  Are you thinking that the app is picking up the postbox and not the PO?  I checked that I'd selected PO and the correct one.  I'm assuming the terminology is just unclear and they want a picture of the poster on the PO wall with last acceptance time (which is different from the last collection time on the postbox outside)

When I click on services near you I get the collection time for the postbox outside the post office. I've never seen a collection time displayed inside....except when I lived near a post office which moved into w h smith's which said post must be counter-side by a certain time...but there wasn't a postbox outside.
If you have a different lat is that a royal mail sign or a post office policy?

I'm assuming PO - as HonestJohn says, to allow for processing.   Since I'm posting parcels in a mailbag, the PO time is the one that counts as I can't use the box.

Why should we get any compensation? We are unaffected, the site was down for 1 week, but business carries on as usual. If anyone thinks they are at risk, the best thing to do is install efficient systems such as Malwarebytes.

Indeed. They are the ones that say no data should be passed on & that no one should know though! 

I think anyone hacking the system is just after data, and has no interest in whether we are on the panel or not. In terms of the role that we carry out for Spectos it is likely to make no difference at all.

We are at risk in that personal date including our addresses, contact details, and date of birth are now available on the 'dark web'. That makes us vulnerable to scam cold calls and possibly identity theft.

I think some people have been taken in by Spectos understating the seriousness of this breach
