    Almost every piece of franked test mail that I have received lately has had an invalid barcode and unacceptable postage amount - are others finding the same?  Wondering whether it is a deliberate ploy on behalf of Spectos/Royal Mail to test the system or whether it's just that whoever is sending them has got an incorrect set up ...

    Yes, I have, but assumed that Spectos had not updated the data when the prices went up.

    My QR codes have been fine, but the  postage is never listed

    I received a parcel yesterday where the paperwork stated 2nd class but the franked label was 1st class.

    Anyone know how long it usually takes to receive a gift voucher?

    I cashed in 2,500 points this morning and the acknowledgement email refers to a shipping time of upto 3 days.

    Don't we normally get them by email and they come pretty quickly?

    Thanks for replies. I've had a few vouchers before and always got them within an hour. Wonder if it's because it's a Saturday/bank holiday weekend.  :/
