Stamp Scanning We have a new process where we are capturing data from the stamps on the letters. There will be a limited amount of scans required per week and active panellists will be randomly selected to scan the stamp on the letter, the prompt will look like the one below. If you complete the task you will receive 10 points to your account. To scan the stamp click the QR code like the QR square in the image below and your camera will open in the app, please scan the stamp and it will confirm you have completed the task. The image below shows the image of the King’s head, however, if you are asked to scan a stamp and it has the late Queen’s head on there please still follow the task. Stamps with the Queen’s head are still legal and will be used until they are all completed in circulation.

No mention of scanning mailmarks or similar

Before the last app update if you scanned the mailmark it automatically filled in the postage amount ...

I wonder if things have changed since I was last on the panel, tomorrow is my first posting date since around October last year. since the post is collected early and only once on our estate, I have always posted the afternoon before the posting date, that is, today. but I can't record the post as the app says it 'cannot find the bundle' although I reported it as received. can anyone help or am I doing something wrong.  many thanks

Posting the day before is allowed now. It was discussed a few pages back.
Have you got v1.13.0 of the app?

yes I have the latest app version, and have posted the afternoon/evening before many times. 
update, instead of clicking on 'report' and entering details from there, I clicked on 'bundle timetable', selected the posting that was due and it worked. I'm sure I never did that before, maybe things have changed while I've been resting . thanks for your interest xx

Update - had a franked letter yesterday and scanning the mailmark filled in the correct postage.  Must be just those odd amounts that don't work ...

A warning to be careful with bundles, I nearly posted my May (?) stamps yesterday! They were hidden between two envelopes. Within the rubber band.

Does the barcode scan on receiving items only request it randomly?

I’ve had to do it once. Every item since it’s never requested me to do it but I’m sure if gives you extra points to do so - and I want the points lol

Silver I had the same thing! Usually there’s a letter with them saying they are included I think and there wasn’t this time I just thought they were coming later. And I then saw them fall out of a bundle

It looks like my stint on the main panel has come to an end but they haven't emailed to tell me!

I don't have anything to post and looking back I went live at the end of last November so it seems I've done the usual 6 months.

Currently doing an Unaddressed Survey and still receiving a few letters so if I don't hear from them this week I'll raise a ticket.
