A warning to be careful with bundles, I nearly posted my May (?) stamps yesterday! They were hidden between two envelopes. Within the rubber band.
Silver I had the same thing! Usually there’s a letter with them saying they are included I think and there wasn’t this time I just thought they were coming later. And I then saw them fall out of a bundle
It should be written on the Posting Plan under "Observations" to tell you the stamps are in that pack.  I've just double checked all of mine though...
I need to think of something new here...

I noticed my stamps in my shopping bag after I had taken the letters out of it to post. Thought I was just being unobservant so I'm glad to know it's not just me.

I started this in late April. I've had no stamps yet and after not needing any for a long time I now need one to send a birthday card. I'm actually going to have to buy some. Sheesh!

You should have had stamps plus a presentation pack before you started.

I had to raise a ticket for mine. I started in November and raised the ticket in December and they then issued them immediately.

Thank you both. I raised a ticket this morning and have just had a reply saying they will "resend" them. Ha!

I know this has been covered before but please could someone confirm - when doing the Correctly Delivered survey do we disregard the test items/sender packs or do we add them to the survey figures? TIA. x

You actually have to confirm with a tick that you understand what is required of you. The requirements are all listed on the page you fill in.
