Thanks @adamp87 - not sure that's an adequate response from Spectos.  Which? has fairly straightforward guidance about the information that should be provided if anyone wants to email to follow up.  At least being paid in stamps and vouchers means they don't hold our bank details!

Might be worth emailing them/support ticket to see what they said has been shared for you. They didn’t say telephone to me

    No April Prize Draw?

I've just seen in "Instant News": We know you are eagerly waiting for the results of the prize draw for Mobile Verification. Do not worry, we are working hard behind the scenes to get the results published. Thank you for your patience.

I haven't received my Sender Pack for 15 April, they have chased to see if I've received it and I've told them no. What does one do if it isn't received in time?

I had to send a delayed pack out this week. When you do get the pack and send it out the app asks you why there was a delay, one of the options is Not Received In Time so just tick that.

Thanks in advance!   I was due a sender pack this week which hasn't yet arrived - even though the one after it has arrived.   When I logged the later one - I was able to flag the earlier one as not arriving.  Still just time for it to get here to post the outbound stuff on time.
I need to think of something new here...

I do wish they would explain bank holidays to their system so we don't get queries asking if we're sure items weren't delivered on one. It would make more sense for them to query anything that we say WAS delivered on a bank holiday.

This day and age you'd think they'd have delivery confirmation as ebay do...

Surely delivery confirmation would defeat the purpose of an anonymous survey?
