I haven't received my Sender Pack for 15 April, they have chased to see if I've received it and I've told them no. What does one do if it isn't received in time?0

I should imagine that if you receive it after the posting date they will advise you to post it the next working day. If by any chance you have other bundles to send they will advise you to send two bundles on one day.
AFAIK the same day next week advice is no longer current.
Obviously you can't send what you haven't received1 -

When you do get the pack and send it out the app asks you why there was a delay, one of the options is Not Received In Time so just tick that.2
