Due to the implementation of the latest security configurations, there may be some initial start-up difficulties.

We kindly ask you to report any problems that may arise to us immediately.

I managed to log in yesterday afternoon and will post the pack I didn't do last week today so I'm up to date again.

Also got the email this morning.

No e-mail here.  Am beginning to wonder if I made an error in applying for my £25 voucher yesterday ... I'll give them til this afternoon and then chase them up.

****  Apologies Spectos!  GMail had decided to hide the email in the 'Promotions' mailbox so I didn't see it.  GMail really can be annoying on times (well all the time actually).

I still can’t use the QR reader button.  And my create a ticket button times out.

All I'm getting today is circles of doom against everything on screen - think they may be being a bit optimistic in thinking that they are up and running ...

A quick request from us, if you have any questions please can you raise them through the normal ways by using the app and creating a ticket.

The data protection email address should not be used for any normal requests relating to the measurement. 

Due to the implementation of the latest security configurations, there may be some initial start-up difficulties.

We are experiencing high volumes, as you will understand, and we will get back to you as fast as we can.

Same here, I just tried to log a bundle i posted, circle and user not found error message, also can't access my unaddressed mail section.

I'm scheduled to start the Correctly Delivered today, 7th April, but it's not showing on the app. Should I wait a day or two before raising a ticket?
