To be honest after checking on have-i-been-pwned I found both of my main email addresses (one used by spectos) have been involved in one data breach. In contrast my wife's main email address (not given to spectos) returns three data breaches.1

i also don’t think you’ve been exposed in a sense with Royal Mail/Posties it’s hardly likely they even know about the leak at all or have the time to try and find that info2 -

I had 2 access code emails last evening but they were for my Microsoft account which I don't use for Spectos. Which? Scams newsletter this week said there was a bulk attack on Microsoft accounts.2
