To be honest after checking on have-i-been-pwned I found both of my main email addresses (one used by spectos) have been involved in one data breach. In contrast my wife's main email address (not given to spectos) returns three data breaches.

According to that site my main email, used for Spector, has been in 11 data breaches! Spector isn’t named, so I guess that isn’t included yet. Additionally, I know my main email was involved in a data breach from 23andme, though have-I-been-pwned doesn’t seems aware of it.

I was just wondering if they've been closed down and we're yet to be informed however I've literally just received reward stamps for April! So it seems they're still functioning somewhere? 🤔

As somebody with an IT background I find the lack of Comms extremely poor.
I had two test letters through this morning, but I guess that's just folks like us still sending out packs on schedule ...

A lot of the housewives who chunter on on the mailagents/Spectos FB page aren't overly worried all their data may now be in dodgy hands.  A very blase attitude indeed,
In fairness it appears most information what I’d read was already available to begin with online - email addresses are often spammed to hell too no matter  what box I don’t think it’s that concerning.

i also don’t think you’ve been exposed in a sense with Royal Mail/Posties it’s hardly likely they even know about the leak at all or have the time to try and find that info

I woke up this morning to 2 attempts (access codes emailed to me) both while I was asleep. Also look into (google) the sim card swop scam, considering they all have our emails, numbers and addresses. Most worrying!

I also had an email with an access code at 2.02am. For one of my accounts

I had 2 access code emails last evening but they were for my Microsoft account which I don't use for Spectos. Which? Scams newsletter this week said there was a bulk attack on Microsoft accounts.

Idly wondering if the most we can salvage from this disaster is some half used CR2032 batteries from the brown envelopes.
If I ever actually sent anything by mail I'd seriously be considering reusing the stamped envelopes from my next two posting packs for my own purposes ...
