Just another thought.....
What is the item in question?
Mine was one of the fictitious leaflets which could never have been delivered!
Is yours "real" with the possiblity that delivery has/had both outcomes? There are 10 types of people in the world. ‹(•¿•)›(11)A104.28S94.98O112.46N86.73D101.02(12)J130.63F126.76M134.38A200.98M156.30J95.56J102.85A175.93

I have one item in the overdue section but when I open it the options are to report if you know when you received it or not. That doesn't make sense.
Not only that but it also disappears when I click it so I'm not sure what's going on.I need to think of something new here...0 -
I tried to record an incoming test item received today at 12.05pm. I selected that it was received between 12.00 and 12.29 and got the following message:
"Please take into consideration that only time with exact minutes is accepted. Please confirm that you are posting exactly at 12.00".
It then gives me the choice to select "I'm not sure about the time of receipt".
I AM sure about the time of receipt......it was 12.05pm. I'm only getting the option to choose a time within half an hour.
Has anyone else had this problem?
TIA. x

On a totally different Mailagents topic ....
..... Anyone here involved in the Royal Mail Parcel Collection pilot testing ?
It's not very flexible - or perhaps I should say it was too flexible FOR the RM
When I went to book the collection on Sunday for a pick up today (Tuesday) I was only offered a fixed 3 hour period of approximately 10am to 1pm
IF I had wanted Wednesday again a fixed 3 hour window but 11am to 2pm
Thursday was noon to 3pm and Friday 1pm to 4pm (ish)
Having said that there is an * which says "This is NOT guaranteed" and when I spoke to the postman that collected my 2 parcels and mentioned the time frame he responded with "They shouldn't specify ANY COLLECTION TIME AT ALL because it impossible to know what time I'm going to get here"
For me I had to "hang around" for over a couple of hours listening out for the doorbell or knock at the door so that I didn't miss the postman which meant I couldn't go out, even do some gardening at the bottom of our garden etc., whereas IF it had been a sack for the Post Office I'd have been done in under 10 minutes from leaving home and getting back again.
AND as it stands - can't log that it has happened since Bundle handling does not have COLLECTED option

Thanks John. I'm confused. It was only giving me 2 options - either to confirm that I received it at 12.00 or that I'm not sure of the time it arrived.0
