I had my first cube with Spectos today with 18cm sides. Someone had squashed one side down to 14cm maybe to fit a parcel box. This changes it from a medium parcel to a small parcel incidentally.
I had one earlier in the week - also mashed down.  I assumed it was RM poor handling but you could be right about parcel boxes.

There's no question about the condition of the parcel is there?  Just whether you got it direct from the driver or something else.
I need to think of something new here...

There used to be a question about condition with Kantar but it got removed a couple of years before they finished.

Royal mail have shoved a card through my letterbox to say that I need to pay a £5 fee for an item where the seller didn’t pay full postage. I’ve not ordered anything, I’m not expecting anything so I can only think this must be Spectos books.
I’m not going to pay - it can go back to wherever it came from.  But I wondered if anyone else has had this issue with Spectos previously?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I have had 2 in the last few months for varying amounts and as I was not expecting anything I have just thrown the card in the bin.

I have messaged Spectos to ask them if it’s them and to tell them that if it is, don’t expect me to pay £5 for the item. It does takes them a little while to get back to you though.

This happened in the early days, I think. People paid the surcharge with stamps and were reimbursed by Spectos in stamps..

I remember that happening with Kantar as well - when the sender had messed up.  I paid it with the Large 1st as we have plenty of those spare... and got the Love2Shop vouchers to make up for it.

If it is a Spectos parcel item - it will have PO Box 18410 as the return address so when it goes back to them they will be able to work out who sent it and whether they messed up.

It could also be a Spectos letter which has been falsely flagged with a counterfeit stamp - which won't have a return address and will either be opened to find a return address or destroyed.  So there is a small chance that could result in someone in RM knowing your address is that of a panellist.
I need to think of something new here...

I don't want another £5 in stamps on top of the several hundred I already have.  Nope, it can go back.

Worst case is you will be using up a few stamps that will be replaced. I think some people got awarded extra points so you will be swapping points for cash. Suit yourself but what if it is important and for you.
