There is a new version 1.8.0 of the app out now. Says it has been improved for data collection where there are Internet issues. (I  think that's what it said).I'm currently resting so it doesn't look a lot different to me.

You are lucky! I’ve updated and now can’t log in at all. On both my iPhone and iPad it just spins continuously and not letting you onto the site.

Close the app and re-open it, worked for me.

Is there anyone who is doing the UA survey having a problem with reporting overdue items ever since the latest app update?

I have one item in the overdue section but when I open it the options are to report if you know when you received it or not. That doesn't make sense. 

Not only that but it  also disappears when I click it so I'm not sure what's going on. 

This is really frustrating because I'm in the last week of the survey so will not get the points if I cannot report that I haven't received the item.

I have raised a ticket but I doubt if they will get back to me in time.

I would really appreciate it if anyone can tell me if they are having the same problem.

Not had the problem, but if I didn’t get back to you before the survey ends, you can still challenge any lack of payment later on if you need to.

You're not alone. I am also experiencing similar issues reporting unaddressed mail items as overdue since the latest app update.

I am and had one item go overdue yesterday.
When I tried to deal with it this morning after completing the questions when I went to report it the function failed with an error number
I upgraded to the latest app version and had a similar issue as yourself with not being able to click on it and open it up to respond accordingly.
However I persisted with tapping on it and after about a dozen attempts it worked as it should and I completed it as normal

I also managed to get it open when I kept tapping it but it only gives me the options of choosing if I know when it was delivered or not. It was not delivered though so neither of the two options fit.

Odd, I had the normal options.
Have you closed the app and tried again?
Perhaps even turn the device off and on again just to be sure of a reset condition.
