Spectos/Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

I’ve just received a parcel that someone has clearly opened and taken a book out of, and they didn’t seal it up again properly so it was open on arrival.  Added to that, they’ve turned it from a parcel into a large letter and the postman just posted it through my letter box and I’ve no way of reporting that as a mechanism of receipt.

Bug fixing to the loading page and fixes to the time slots for received items to remove the error message when selecting unsure.
Also a fix for the Unaddressed Mail survey for Mailagent user experience. Items in the overdue section are now stable.

It could be someone on this forum. It was discussed a few pages back as a way of avoiding the PO with a sack.

Recording 2 incoming today and didn't get the error message - and that was before I learnt there was an update.

If you click the button for the postage not being as their suggested pictures, it should give you a box to explain what has happened. Or you can raise a query.

You run the risk that Spectos will think your participation in the panel has been exposed especially if they think RM were involved.

UA survey started 6 May and last entry 1 June.  I thought I would have received my points after three weeks of reporting.  Has this changed please?

You get them after the 5 weeks is up.

Last time I did this survey I received 2 x 300 points after three weeks.  Also at the Isame time I mentioned the extra points some other posters noted they got them as well.

Misslayed

I've just had a small parcel redelivered as it had no postage attached, it cost me £7 in stamps and two unsuccessful visits to the sorting office. I've raised a ticket and assuming I'll be reimbursed? It's never happened before do I'm unsure what to expect? Can't find an answer in FAQs. Any experience?
