I've just had a small parcel redelivered as it had no postage attached, it cost me £7 in stamps and two unsuccessful visits to the sorting office. I've raised a ticket and assuming I'll be reimbursed? It's never happened before do I'm unsure what to expect? Can't find an answer in FAQs. Any experience?
They credited me in equivalent points when I had to pay previously.

This was discussed a few pages back. I even quoted your comments at the time.

You should be reimbursed. You can get either points or stamps.

I think I may have opened a parcel I should have  sent and logged it as received because I’ve got the sending sheet with the code on but no parcel. You’d think it would have flagged up something when I tried to log it, but no.

The ticket response time is getting very slow again as well – it did improve for a little bit.

    Hello
When posting items they say you need to be in the same postcode area so if for example I live in PO19 and post in PO20 is that okay or not please, thank you.

I would say it is a grey area. The app used to say that the PO (in your example) was the relevant part but we had an email once saying you were to post locally ie your nearest box or Post Office.

The manual on the app says that the first letters need to be the same, it doesn’t mention the numbers.

    From the newsletter 2023 CW-23 dated 06/06/23

    Posting your Items

It is vitally important that you post your items exclusively in your registered postcode area. Therefore you need to post your items only a few streets or so from your home. It's essential for you to follow this requirement as we are measuring the performance in your area. If you post outside of your postcode area this will make your item not valid and we will not be able to evaluate the reported data from your item.

Another parcel today,  that had been opened and put in a Royal Mail bag with a "sorry we peeped" note.

We've got to the point where the postman definitely knows I am on the panel. I know that he knows. He knows that I know he knows. I know that he knows that I know that he knows. I don't think he realises that parcels aren't counted in the correctly delivered.

Obviously not declaring this to Spectos or I will be chucked off.

There's definitely a song in there somewhere!
My postie also knows, probably because I don't kick up a fuss about spectos parcels being left in silly places but I create merry hell when they do it with mine. I should probably be more consistent but I'm fairly sure they can spot a spectos parcel a mile off - I certainly can.
