Yes, I’m one of those still waiting! Was rested mid June & moved to the ready stage mid December. Also, got the email yesterday to say I hadn’t been forgotten about. Did you receive 2 emails yesterday the first one was sent in error as it had Space Available in the subject line but exactly the same content as the one which came later with an apology! 

Yes, I also received 2 emails exactly the same, well apart from the titles.

Yeah got those emails yesterday. I did message them end of last week re. Rejoining the the panel and got the usual generic reply saying unable to advice when you when a space becomes available etc.

Regarding the Unaddressed Mail survey, should we report an item as not received as soon as it shows on the Overdue Item tab, even if it's a Sunday?

Does anyone wait a day or two before reporting the item as not received?

I think they must be oversubscribed in my area as I got the same two emails, that others have had. When I went on to the live panel for the first time my time was short so will be interesting to see how long I have to wait.  Have got another Correctly Addressed Survey to do but points add up slowly! I don't mind these as much but not so keen on the Unaddressed ones because of the length of time they go on for!

You cannot report them as undelivered until they move to the overdue items folder which, I think, is the second week after they were due. I do it as soon as they appear. I think they disappear after a week there. This could be why people do not get their points.

Thanks HJ, I do understand that you can't report it as undelivered until it shows in the overdue items folder.

This morning one of mine showed up as overdue. I've not reported it yet though, because I've never had any unaddressed mail delivered on a Sunday, so was wondering if I should wait until tomorrow?

I guess I'm lucky because I've done a few UA surveys and never had a problem with the points, I check straight away once completed and the points appear almost immediately. I wonder if they are automatically awarded as they come to me quite literally within seconds of my final entry (thankfully!)

One thing that is bothering me is that a test item I should've posted last AUGUST keeps showing as overdue for posting on the bundle timetable. It was not in the posting pack and not accidentally left out of the pack as it had been crossed off the paperwork.

I advised Spectos at the time and have since asked them (several times) if they will remove it from the bundle timetable. They reply telling me to ignore it, saying they will delete it/pass it on to the relevant team/will inform the concerned team to clean the overdue section etc., but unfortunately it stays put.
 
It's no big deal in the great scheme of things - just a minor annoyance.

I have one from December, they have told me the same thing so I just ignore it now

I never received a posting pack in December and notified them accordingly. I'm now resting but every Saturday teatime without fail I get an app notice popping up telling me the pack is due and have I received it yet. 😁 I think that ship has well and truly sailed after 5 months!

can someone refresh my memory when you get a posting bag to take to the post office with the PPI ticket attached, which number from the sales order summary  do you put next to Docket number and also what do you put next to Poster?
