I’ve been resting since mid June last year so nearly a year. Received an email in Mid December to say my account was now in the ready stage to go back on the panel but nothing since! Apart from CDM & UA surveys.

I started resting mid July, got an email again mid February saying my rest period was up and I would be out on the live panel as soon as a place becomes available.  I’m still waiting, but I have done a few UA and CDM, am about to start another UA shortly.

Some people have never become active at all, despite signing up when Kantar finished!

And I am one of those who has never been called..........YET !!!
By the time I do join, I suspect the monitoring will no longer be required.

Yes I too got an email again in February saying my rest period was up and I would be on the live panel as soon as a place becomes available.  Since resting I have had invitations and have done several surveys.

I wish they’d send you a reminder for the unaddressed mail survey. Because I haven’t had any letters to post so haven’t needed to go into the app, I overlooked that it had already started and it’s now too late to go back and put the missing days in.

I always get a reminder email on the Monday it starts. It includes info on how to do the survey.

Just double-checked no reminder at all. Fairly sure I’ve not had them for previous ones either.

I’ve just had a notification that no points are to be given for my last unaddressed mail survey even though I completed it daily. I didn’t receive some of the items and am now wondering if that was the problem. I’ve opened a ticket. Anyone else had problems?

Did you mark them as not received?
