Back on the panel for a few months, but this time round I am only sent posting bundles once a fortnight, so it is taking longer to reach enough points for a voucher. The 10 points for returning an RFID envelope are only sporadic, I reckon only about 25% are credited.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. My outgoing postings are only one per fortnight too.0

I was at one bundle a week in March - then dropped to every other week. I assumed they were cutting back for Easter but maybe not. In coming can be 2 or 3 a week (but this week I have had no sign of a postie at all.I need to think of something new here...1

Bundle posting dropped to fortnightly-ish in the month before my time on the live panel ended - that was a couple of weeks ago after 7 months of being back on the live panel. I'm still receiving a couple of items a week though.
@silvercar - I'm really surprised to hear your points for returning RFID tags haven't been credited; I keep an eye on mine and they have all been credited.
I much prefer the current panel to Kantar in terms of tasks and rewards (communication is worse). As others have said it's much less work. The only downside is no bonus points for posting parcels which I think is a bit unreasonable as most people have to travel to the PO. That said, I've had very few parcels to post during this stint on the live panel - just 4 or 5 - so it hasn't been too onerous. I see others have had many more parcels to post though so I think it's just luck of the draw.

Can someone tell me how much the points are worth please. Transferred from Kantar and only ever been given surveys and I still don't have enough points for a voucher. I'm pretty sure they don't credit points for all the surveys but when I queried it they said I didn't complete some of them even though I'm sure I did. Starting to wonder if it's worth doing any more0

1p per point. You need 2,500 for a £25 voucher.1

You should get 300 points for EVERY survey. Don't let them fob you off about not completing a survey correctly. There is an reccuring issue with the UA(unaddressed) survey and the non-issuing of points. It is possible that you and many others are not completing them correctly but it is happening too often. The instructions for completing this survey are, in my opinion, poor and confusing..Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Correctly delivered are always paid straightaway. An address mail I’ve had to argue the toss on the last three.Last time I know I completed everything but they disagreed so I quoted their guidance of them that said I needed to reach a target of 80% and asked them to tell me exactly which days/information they thought I’d missed. They paid up.You need to not accept their first refusal. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.2 -
I’m having a problem with correctly delivered mail survey. Last week everything fine, this week I cannot input anything. Anyone else having this problem or does anyone know who I should contact?Thank you.0
