I had an issue last week with the app refusing to load when I posted a parcel.  I waited until I got home and logged it then with no problem, having written down the actual time I posted the sack.  I do live in the same postcode area as the post office however.

UA 18/03 - 21/04 points landed today, was pleasantly surprised as I did wonder if I was going to have a long wait

I ceased to participate in the programme when it switched away from Kantar but occasionally look in on this thread.  I get the feeling that this is more hassle - but perhaps my rose-tinted glasses have taken up residence when thinking about the old days.

I find it a lot easier than Kantar. No preparation of letters or parcels, everything is addressed and stamped ready for you.
The app can be a bit flaky at times, but overall I find Spectos a lot easier myself.

Yep, I agree. The only hassle is chasing for my unaddressed mail points. And I’m certainly pleased not to have the hassle of preparing envelopes to post.

I didn't find the preparation that onerous - no more than half an hour a week.  Kantar was potentially more rewarding with the monthly draws and the Golden SMARTs not to mention the Mini Eggs and the diary (if you were live at the right time).   The Spectos points rack up but I'm less impressed with the lack of a Christmas bonus book and the older Presentation Packs.
I need to think of something new here...

I have been doing this for about two months now - have had 3 lots of stamps and a presentation pack, claimed £25 voucher and am at about £13 towards the next one. I find it far less involved than Kantar so the rewards seem fine to me.

The voucher rewards far outweigh the small chance of winning a prize draw, and 99p mini eggs or a cheap diary.  I love not having to prepare the parcels especially - its so much easier than Kantar, barring occasional issues with the app.

    Kantar wins for me.
Too many problems with the Spectos app. Kantar paid decent money for parcels but I have to drive so I lose money with Spectos who send me too many. No Christmas stamps with Spectos. I will need to be on the panel for about 5 years before I get any.

Apart for the books which I find a pain because I am frequently out when they try to deliver them I find them OK. I am only posting about once a week because there are several letters in the bundle. All the postboxes near me have changed to 9am. collection which is a pain. The nearest one with a later collection is 25 minutes walk. If I post them later on the previous day I have to stand at the postbox typing in the reason why its posted early, even though I have told them numerous times already. As I am only posting once a week I just walk to the other box unless its raining.
