I think they are in a bit of a state of chaos - they credited me twice for the last UA survey (I cashed in quick before they could change their mind).  I'm still waiting to go live after a rest period that ended two months ago - I've told them I'm on holiday for two weeks from the 1st June so they'll probably wait until then and then start sending stuff while I'm away!

Yes, have been doing the UA and CD surveys. Am 1/2 way to collecting my 2nd voucher.
They did email me a few months ago to say my "6 months rest  period" was nearly over, but their records appear to be as useless as the rest of the system.  Am tempted to wait a little longer before poking the bear, so I can get on the survey over Christmas and get the Christmas stamps (as I used to with Kantar) !
