I've had an odd one inbound this morning.    DL window envelope inbound.  "Does the postage look like this?" showed the big labels.  The envelope had a standard 1st class.  So I added a photo to the report.  But looking at it - when those labels are put on a DL envelope they cover about 60% of the face.  Which might have overlapped the window and obscured the address.  So it's actually a case of the label design not really being suitable for that envelope.
I need to think of something new here...

Do the labels not have the address on them as well though, so it wouldn’t matter about obscuring the window? I’m fairly sure that I’ve had a few DL envelopes with the A6 sized labels stuck over the front of the window.

I was given a tip yesterday and thought I'd pass it on to the group in case you find it useful/don't know. If you are reusing your packaging but want to obscure/remove personal details, a drop of hand sanitiser will completely remove it. I was sceptical but it worked really well on a postal label on a jiffy bag.
Good tip. Turn the bags inside out as well.

They’ve refused to give me the points for the last unaddressed mail. I’m going to go back to them to tell me which ones I’ve missed because I’m 99% sure I didn’t miss any, and if I did, it certainly wouldn’t have been 20%

Update. I have challenged their refusal to give me the points then gone onto the mailagent app to check something else and noticed the points have been added today despite their refusal.

So either they’ve credited me the points within 30 seconds of my second challenge, or they’ve added them anyway even though they said they weren’t going to.

In either case I am pleased for you.
They did similar to me before so I am now very wary of doing UM. It shouldn’t be like this.

Something strange is happening in the app... it's finally stopped nagging me to send the brown RFID envelopes back  :)
I need to think of something new here...
