I’m continuing to receive emails saying I have outstanding queries that I haven’t dealt with but when I go into the app and the little bell symbol, there are no queries there…

I told them about it a few weeks ago and they said to ignore the emails if there were no queries. Why send such personalised emails if it’s a possibility that I might not need to do anything? The email says I have outstanding queries, not that I might have outstanding queries… but I definitely have none.

I haven’t done one for months, the last one I did credited the points on the Wednesday morning after the Sunday it finished. Being charitable allowing for this week’s bank holiday Monday, that would have been yesterday Thursday morning. But still no points yet.

300 points added since I checked earlier this morning.
So pleased I don’t have to argue the toss with them to get the points added😊

Same here - I've had 3 emails like that now.  The first time I e-mailed back.  The others I'm now ignoring.  Since I'm live (and doing a CD)  I'm in the app daily anyway so I'd notice them.  So another case of Spectos processes not being fully tested even after a year?

On the positive side, my April stamps came with a Posting Pack today - the Large 1st were KC, the standard 1st were 8 KC and 4 QE.  Those are the first KC I've had and of course they are higher priced

A quick "word of warning" to be careful regarding accurately identifying post that HASN'T been delivered by the Royal Mail and mistakenly including it when you are participating in either the Correctly Delivered or Unaddressed surveys.

I'm referring to a specific period of around 3 to 4 weeks (ish) that I know started this week and potentially runs to the end of April (possibly to May 2nd) and the items themselves are POLL CARDS for the election of Police & Crime Commissioner and/or Mayor if this is occurring in your local area on May 2nd

We had ours delivered yesterday NOT by the Royal Mail postman but by a Council person employed just for this job.
However they were sitting there with several items that had been, including a test item, a senders pack and a couple  of personal correspondence.

A first glance they could easily be seen as regular mail (at least ours do) - a C5 "envelope" with name address & postcode - but there isn't anything that represents the handling by a mass mail marketing company or one of those small delivered by RM rectangles.

Obviously these should NOT be counted towards the totals of Correctly or indeed INCORRECTLY delivered items delivered to your address - nothing to do with the post office or Royal Mail

On the Unaddressed survey when recording the specific leaflets etc. in the DUE ITEMS it asks about them being delivered at the same time as regular mail or not - similarly the presence of these poll cards with any leaflets should not form part of any answer.

There are also 2 other Election items that might look significantly different but could still be delivered by Council employees, namely a Postal Vote or a Proxy Vote if either of these have been requested instead of voting in person.

I assume your first day would have been Monday 25th March in that case. You have 3 weeks of daily entries followed by 2 weeks in case items arrive late. This means that your daily entries won't finish until Saturday 13th April. Assuming there are no issues you'll get the points sometime after then.

My bad - 26th FEBRUARY - points arrived this morning.  Quickest service ever.

Sorry if this has been answered but does anyone know of they still send stamps? I've been back on the panel since before Christmas but haven't recieved any stamps as of yet.
