I was lucky in that I remembered to log my misdelivered letter (I only get 1 or 2 a year so the chances of one landing when doing CD are small) before I redelivered it, was for my nextdoor neighbour.  The photo was new for me although, thinking about it, it is a good idea.

I'm returning from several months resting and today I received my first item to post - a mailbag containing 2 parcels to take to the PO together with a Sales Order Summary.

The SOS is showing the scheduled posting date (which I can't stick to) so I will need to post it a week later.

Am I allowed to cross out the printed date on the SOS and add the correct (1 week later) posting date by pen?

Should I contact Spectos and let them know I've altered the date? Or will they need to send me an amended SOS?

Anyone been in this situation before?  Any help is much appreciated. Many thanks.

I’ve been in that situation. Don’t mess with the SOS, just let the post office people scan the code and make sure you record the actual date of posting on the app.

I did but not had the points yet. I had to chase them last time.

Not had mine either yet. Am really hoping it’s just that they’re taking their time and not that I’ll have to chase them for them …

Had to check when my Unaddressed survey started - I tend to just carry on til the daily received bit disappears.  Just checked it was the week of the 26th and no points received to date.

I assume your first day would have been Monday 25th March in that case. You have 3 weeks of daily entries followed by 2 weeks in case items arrive late. This means that your daily entries won't finish until Saturday 13th April. Assuming there are no issues you'll get the points sometime after then.

Another one with no points credited yet. Extract below from the email received from Spectos

The study will last for 5 weeks, from 26/02/2024 to 31/03/2024, and at the end of the survey, we will credit 300 points to your Mailagents account.
