Regarding the above, I can't find a little bell symbol. I'm using the app on my mobile phone and can't find a little bell anywhere. Will that be because I'm resting from the main panel at the moment? Or does this little bell only show when they want my attention?0 -
I think it only shows when they are trying to notify you of something. I'm also resting and have no bell.2

Is it widely agreed that despite them saying you can only be on Correctly Delivered and Unaddressed surveys when you are resting, that isn't the case? I'm on CD for the first time in ages. And for the first time ever - I got a mis-delivered item on a day I could record it. Except that Spectos want a photo of it (quite logically) and my wife helpfully re-delivered the item (it was only across the road) before I saw it. So I've logged it with no photo and now waiting for the query.I need to think of something new here...2
