    And a second email to remind me to send back transponders.  As well as the permanent reminder in the app.  They are in the post, {expletive deleted}!  Even though the postbox is 40 paces from my front door I'm not going out in the rain to post just a transponder - I take any with me any time I do go out.
    I had an e-mail this morning telling me I have outstanding responders - seeing as I've been resting for the last 6 months I'm hardly likely to have any still lying around!  Have sent them a polite response suggesting that they may be mistaken ...
    And me. But was giving them the benefit of the doubt as I only put them in the post on Saturday so they may not have been processed when the email came out.

    I contacted them and they said was a generic email .Well if that is the case why make it sound so personal

    Regarding the above, I can't find a little bell symbol. I'm using the app on my mobile phone and can't find a little bell anywhere. Will that be because I'm resting from the main panel at the moment? Or does this little bell only show when they want my attention?

    I think it only shows when they are trying to notify you of something. I'm also resting and have no bell.

    Is it widely agreed that despite them saying you can only be on Correctly Delivered and Unaddressed surveys when you are resting, that isn't the case? Or is it just because I am relatively new to Spectos (did Kantar for years) that I am active on the panel and on both CD and Unaddressed all at the same time?

    I'm on CD for the first time in ages. And for the first time ever - I got a mis-delivered item on a day I could record it.  Except that Spectos want a photo of it (quite logically) and my wife helpfully re-delivered the item (it was only across the road) before I saw it.  So I've logged it with no photo and now waiting for the query.
    I need to think of something new here...
