Another email newsletter. Clarifying that you can post the night before if you can’t post in time for early collection.
Having done just this last night I had to write an explanation of why it was not posted on the correct day. Sign.
I wrote to them about this because I don’t want to have to write in a pointless explanation in every time I post the night before. Their response was to mark it as sent shortly after midnight. But you can’t do that until after that time has passed and there would be too much chance of me forgetting to record it if I didn’t do it at the postbox.
It just gets worse. I am giving up after this stint. Still annoyed about not getting UA points.

Today - I got a pop-up on the app with a query.  So I opened the app and there's nowhere to see the query and respond.   Not very useful is it?   It wasn't the query I was expecting (test letter with an out of date stamp) but about a test letter that I had last week with a Jersey stamp.  So I raised a ticket to send the answer.
Today...  I get an e-mail telling me to look in the app for queries.  So I did, and no new query.  So am I missing a query or are they chasing one I've already answered?

I haven't had any newsletters since I have been back on the survey which is nearly 2 months. Is this other people's experience?
I've been getting them albeit haphazardly (the one beanielou refers to was waiting for me this morning).
I need to think of something new here...

I just completed the UA survey and they have allocated me two lots 300 points for the one survey but under two different id no’s.  Not sure why because there was no outstanding points.

Me too!  Mind you the survey still appears to be open to collect data for this week although it should have finished.

The UA survey never closes. I once carried on after the 3 weeks and got paid for 2 surveys. Now I stop after week 3 and just enter the undelivered items in week 4 and 5.

Just found an invite to the CDM survey starting on 25/3 in the App. Is this a thing now rather than sending an email? I’m currently resting so it’s a good job I check the App regularly or I would have missed it!

I am slightly baffled, but I have had three copies of one leaflet, two copies of two others, all delivered by the postie, and none of them showing up on my items due tab.
Which does rather feel as if it defeats the objective of monitoring what Royal Mail are doing. Same up in last time, I did the unaddressed mail survey as well. Seems there’s a bit of miscommunication going on there somewhere.

I've never recieved a single copy of any of the featured leaflets in 4 (now on my 5th) UA surveys.  That said I am fairly convinced that the majority of them are fake - on this survey I would say only one of the 4 is actually in circulation.
