This forum is great. I found the change over from Kantar, who I had been with for many years, very different. It was great knowing that many people had similar problems.bass_2324 said:Hi I am back on the survey after a 6 month rest period and didn't know about this forum! I have been reading back and looks like it is a great support!0 -

I had one this week that was a 1st Large Letter stamp (£2.10) and the same. I'd guess that it was supposed to have come from a business panellist with a label or through a franking machine but for whatever reason, they couldn't do that and put a stamp on. I mark it as other and report it as stamped.HomingPigeon said:Today I received a test item (DL envelope) bearing a 1st class stamp. There was no 1st class stamp image to select on the app - just a dropdown menu showing various postage amounts, but none for £1.35.
Has a similar happened to anyone else?I need to think of something new here...2 -
Thanks NBLondon, I did the same.1

May stamps received yesterday and points credited immediately today after entering final days entry on Correctly Delivered Survey. I’m happy enough with Spectos.0

In case of any misunderstanding when completing the UA survey I take a screenshot on my phone each week and that way I can show every day was completed.0

Someone else on here did that, but were still told that they were wrong. I was told I hadn’t entered the data for leaflets - That would’ve been because I haven’t had any so marked the ones I was told to expect as not arrived.
The postman was delivering leaflets, so I’m actually wondering if there were some miscommunications somewhere as the ones that came weren’t on the list to look out for.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
I know we only get leaflets put through the door when we get "proper" post. In the past whilst on the UA survey the leaflets are listed and delivered to neighbours (whilst I'm house sitting for them) so I have left notes on my account to highlight the issueGroceries: Personal Spend: 0 NST NSD Goals for 2025:Self: Health: Wealth :0

I have high hopes that I may be able to enter something other than a nil return on my 5th UAM survey. There is a picture of a regular leaflet that is usually delivered so you never know ...Debt Free Wannabe by 1 December 2027

I am currently resting after my first 4 month stint. I have been resting since last August. Has anyone had to wait for a year before being active again?0
