Today's incoming parcel was interesting in 2 ways:

    1) it contained a book I'm actually looking forward to reading.
    2) I had to log it as Other Postage as it had stamps on - a total of £11.55!  Which is way over what it should be for a Small Parcel even at 2kg maximum weight.  I'm guessing that the sender's franking machine was out of order and they just guessed at the weight/rate and shoved whatever they had onto the parcel.
I need to think of something new here...

can someone refresh my memory when you get a posting bag to take to the post office with the PPI ticket attached, which number from the sales order summary  do you put next to Docket number and also what do you put next to Poster?
Spectos don’t require us to complete the docket.

Kantar used to require us to complete it as follows:

Mailsack. Docket no. on label = order no. on manifest

Mailsack. Poster no. on label = account number on manifest

Wow! I got one of those as well this week but it only had stamps on it to the value of £4.90 (which I think is still overpaid, but not to the same extreme levels!)

Do we get our monthly stamps at the beginning or at the end of the month? I got some at the beginning of May and don't know if they are April's or May's.

Just received another email from Spectos urging scanning the QR code.  I cannot get  my phone to recognise the QR code either when sending or receiving mail. I have enlisted help from others in the family without success.  The phone recognises other QR code from different companies,  but not from  Spectos, so I know it's not the phone.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Mine goes on strike occasionally. I find that moving the phone back and fore to different distances away from the code tends to help.

Had the same problem with a Galaxy S6. Upgraded to a A54 and it disappeared.

Just had their newsletter out about mobile verification and it says this:
Each panellist’s mobile verification rate, along with their general performance as a Mailagent, will become key factors in deciding which resting panellists we select to return to the live panel. We need Mailagents that provide accurate and on time entries.

So if you are having difficulty with the app, you probably need to message them to tell them that to see if they can do anything behind-the-scenes to fix it?
