Received an item last week but no posting bundle or December stamps. I expect they have packed up for the duration like Kantar.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein0

Having said that, they are obviously not responsible for delays caused by the Royal Mail strikes.0 -

I did point out that neither of them would be collected because of the strike and Bank holiday. I received a reply thanking me for letting them know.
Next Monday (26th Dec) and the Monday after that (2nd Jan) are both bank holidays. Therefore do I post on the 9th Jan as per their instructions or just post it on the 26th?
I am in exactly the same position - my item was also for the 19th - I have emailed them to ask what to do, not sure whether the 9th January will be too late or not. It’s unusual to not be able to post a late item for two weeks in a row due to bank holidays. I'll post the reply if I get an answer before I go away tomorrow.
” Yes, please post it on Monday 9th January.”

I got the same email and I’d also emailed them before Christmas to query when to post -
also still waiting for a reply.
I’ll just be posting it on the 9th.“Hardware: The parts of a computer system that can be thrown out of the nearest window!”0 -

I note the email doesn't list the bundle they are referring too. They should really add this.
I've since received a 'Bundle Posting Reminder' as an app notification. This does helpfully include a bundle reference - only its one I have never received, so can't send it, even if I wanted to!0
