Received an item last week but no posting bundle or December stamps. I expect they have packed up for the duration like Kantar.

Spectos sent an email last week, saying they were open apart from the bank holidays.

Having said that, they are obviously not responsible for delays caused by the Royal Mail strikes.

Wonder if they are fully staffed yet. Bound to be a few on holiday. Strikes will have an effect but they need to ramp up for the parallel phase. Only 3 months to go and they are in full control.

Got 2 weekly posting packs today. First contained the December stamps including some Christmas ones.

I emailed them yesterday to tell them that I would post my late letters one on Friday ( a week late) and the other on Bank holiday Monday next week (that one is 2 weeks late)

I did point out that neither of them would be collected because of the strike and Bank holiday. I received a reply thanking me for letting them know.
I’m in the same situation. Pack received yesterday (20th) with something to be posted on the 19th.

Next Monday (26th Dec) and the Monday after that (2nd Jan) are both bank holidays. Therefore do I post on the 9th Jan as per their instructions or just post it on the 26th?

I am in exactly the same position - my item was also for the 19th - I have emailed them to ask what to do, not sure whether the 9th January will be too late or not.  It’s unusual to not be able to post a late item for two weeks in a row due to bank holidays.  I'll post the reply if I get an answer before I go away tomorrow.
I had the same and emailed them. They said:
” Yes, please post it on Monday 9th January.”
I never received a reply but I did get an email today saying I had not posted one of my bundle items grr!  I forwarded them my original email sent on the 21st and pointed out I had already told them it arrived late and I couldn't post it on the same day this week because I was away for Christmas and was still waiting for them to tell me when to post it - not to mention the 26th was a bank holiday anyway.  So I shall do the same and post it on 9th January - their customer service does not seem great, shades of Kantar unfortunately.

    You’re not alone!

I got the same email and I’d also emailed them before Christmas to query when to post -
also still waiting for a reply.

I’ll just be posting it on the 9th.

I also got the email earlier today and as above plan to post the items due for posting on the 19 December on the 9th Jan.

I note the email doesn't list the bundle they are referring too. They should really add this.

I've since received a 'Bundle Posting Reminder' as an app notification. This does helpfully include a bundle reference - only its one I have never received, so can't send it, even if I wanted to!
