I am also getting reminders to post. If only the items had arrived on time I could have posted, now they need to wait until the posting day isn't a bank holiday.

  • I’ve got the email as well. Looks like it is a very generic thing that will just get sent whenever something isn’t recorded when they expect it to be recorded. A bit like Kantar’s “we haven’t got all your data” messages, when there is nothing you can do about something stuck in the post.

My plan is to ignore the email and just post my items which were due on 19th Dec on 8th Jan instead (I have to post night before because my last collection time is so early).

  • Received my Christmas stamp presentation  packs and stamp booklets today. Even though I haven’t posted any items for them yet! There was a little memo slip included which said they hadn’t forgotten about me & I wasn’t selected to be a sender during the week of Dec 19th.

Got the popup reminder again today. Still no bundles to post (and no stamps yet either)  If nothing in post tomorrow I'll be sending a snarky email...
I need to think of something new here...

What is shocking is that due to Spectos not getting bundles to people on time, their survey of the effects of the strike will be very limited.

I wouldn't worry. Lots of mail is delayed by weeks due to the effects of the Royal Mail strikes.

We haven't had any post for over a week here..

Their parallel running period is due to start on the 1st Jan I think. I doubt they are interested are in the effects of the strike - though logging when ppl receive bundles to send will give them some data.

Even before the strikes they weren’t sending bundles out in time.

Finally got an email from Spectos today replying to my email about my 19th December item - they clearly aren't on the ball because they said items for the 26th (said I couldn't post then because I was away) should be posted on 2nd January.  So...I replied and reminded them that the 2nd is actually a bank holiday and would they prefer me to post it on the 9th?  Hope they get their act together before the survey goes live.
