Also started receiving items to record again this week. Interestingly they’re still sending them out with RFID’s inside unlike Kantar.
The communication from Spectos continues to be poor - They never tell you when you’ve stopped or are starting!
I am still receiving post with RFIDs from Kantar.
Or it could be from a panelist like myself who had already sealed the letter with a RFID before Kantar said not to send any.“Hardware: The parts of a computer system that can be thrown out of the nearest window!”1 -
Saetana said:I got a pack from Spectos today with two items to post - one of them due to be posted two days ago, have emailed about that as I'm away from Friday so not sure when they want me to post it, same day next week is also a bank holiday anyway. If that day is a bank holiday then post it the same day, the week after that i.e. in 2 weeks time (hope that makes sense!).
I can’t remember where I read that, possibly on the FAQ section in the app.
Edit: I found it on the schedule they send out with the bundles.“Hardware: The parts of a computer system that can be thrown out of the nearest window!”1 -
I emailed them yesterday to tell them that I would post my late letters one on Friday ( a week late) and the other on Bank holiday Monday next week (that one is 2 weeks late)
I did point out that neither of them would be collected because of the strike and Bank holiday. I received a reply thanking me for letting them know.0 -

Next Monday (26th Dec) and the Monday after that (2nd Jan) are both bank holidays. Therefore do I post on the 9th Jan as per their instructions or just post it on the 26th?“Hardware: The parts of a computer system that can be thrown out of the nearest window!”0 -

Today's e-mail update from Spectos:
Christmas is coming, and we wanted to share some information with you.
App update We are working behind the scenes to make sure things run smoothly. With the latest version, we introduced the following features:
Possibility to participate in the Unaddressed (Door-to-Door) mail survey This feature provides you the opportunity to participate in the Unaddressed (Door-to-Door) mail Survey. Starting in January, we will be sending out invitations to participate. Simply answer yes to the invitation if you are interested. During the survey, we will send you images of Flyers, advertisements, and leaflets via the Mailagents app showing what you should have received. All you need to do is tell us what and when you received them. The survey requires keeping all unaddressed mail (Flyers, advertisements, and leaflets…) you might have received over a 4-week period so you can match them to the images we send you.
Notification Activation Starting from December 22nd, the app will begin to send you reminders, so please do not forget to activate the notifications for the Mailagents app on your device: iOS Device: go to Settings > Mailagents > Notifications and “Allow Notifications Android Device: go to Settings > Apps and notifications > See all Apps > Mailagents > Notifications and set it as allow.
What shall I do if I receive my sender’s pack late? If you receive your sender’s pack late, you don’t have to worry. We understand that this can happen, especially while Royal Mail is experiencing industrial action. If this happens, you can simply send the letters the following week, on the same weekday as it was planned. Example: If you received your sender’s pack on Thursday, December 22nd, and the bundle had a planned posting date of Wednesday, December 21st, you can simply post it on Wednesday, December 28th.
I registered many weeks ago and I still haven’t received any sender’s pack. We appreciate your enthusiasm to get started with posting your first sender’s pack. We are still in the setup phase, so you may experience a delay in receiving your sender pack. We greatly appreciate your patience during this phase. There will be times you will receive many test items to report and post, there will also be times without receiving any test items. So don’t worry, this is how the survey is planned throughout the year.
Christmas holiday period We will be open during the Christmas holiday period, except for the bank holidays: Monday 26th of December 26th and Tuesday 27th of December Monday 2nd of January, 2023 We wish you a wonderful Christmas Holiday and a fantastic New Year. All of us on the Mailagents team are looking forward to working with you in 2023.I need to think of something new here...0 -

I am in exactly the same position - my item was also for the 19th - I have emailed them to ask what to do, not sure whether the 9th January will be too late or not. Its unusual to not be able to post a late item for two weeks in a row due to bank holidays. I'll post the reply if I get an answer before I go away tomorrow.
