The communication from Spectos continues to be poor - They never tell you when you’ve stopped or are starting!

I have had no post for over a week until today and had 11 items. Some from Kantar with RIFDs in and 1 from Spectos. The Spectos  ones should have been posted 12th & 16th. The items I have posted for Kantar this week have had RFIDs in because I had already prepared them before we were told not to include them.

I am - I'm getting some e-mails!    But I've no way of telling if Spectos haven't sent it yet - or it's still in a mailbag somewhere...

I got a pack from Spectos today with two items to post - one of them due to be posted two days ago, have emailed about that as I'm away from Friday so not sure when they want me to post it, same day next week is also a bank holiday anyway.  Also got another set of stamps plus two Christmas 2022 presentation packs - bit late now for this year so will put them away for next Christmas.

I emailed Spectos about not receiving any posting packs yet. They informed me, the exact dates of receiving test items to post out can not be disclosed by them. In order to maintain the integrity of the analysis.
On a positive note they do reply to emails very promptly.

Just received post from Spectos containing 2 bundles that should have been posted yesterday and the day before. Stamps 4 x 1st class + 8 x 1st + 4 x large 1st class. plus 2 packs of Christmas stamps.

I haven’t had any Christmas stamps from Spectos!

Kantar hadn’t sent me any either but I did send them a message about it, they apologised and I got them within a few days. Message Kantar before they close for Christmas.
