Yep - got that e-mail last night. That para only makes sense as a way of leaving the panel... 1) Tell them on the app 2) send everything back do they can get the RFID and scrap the rest. But why not say that as "If you need to leave us..."I need to think of something new here...0 -
I did wonder if a number of people had signed up but never actually posted the mailings (or posted them but didn’t record it properly) and they now want their RFID’s back - with this being a polite way of requesting them back? I think they’ll learn though that they will need to be more direct if they want everyone to understand…Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0

They rapidly need to get their act together. Having a proper website might help. App seems to be cut down version of what should be.
Kantar aren't helping. When I finished I had a "see you in 6 months" message. Recently told me I and they were finished and I had to use my points before they closed my account. They suggested I register with Spectos to continue.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein0 -
Just tried to log into the app out of interest and it’s requiring me to re register.I’ve emailed Spectos to sort this out as you need another code to be able to log back in. Also if I have lost my amassed points.0
