Does the paperwork enclosed give any indication that you are part of the survey?Saetana said:jaybee said:Today I received an opened envelope from Spectos with just one book of 4 x 1st class stamps.
Same here with the opened envelope - it was in one of those Royal Mail apology bags - fortunately all the stamps were still there.
Mine was partly open as well.

I need to think of something new here...0 -
And the sad thing is that no one can tell them as they would, presumably, instantly be struck off the panel.0

Odd that it has happened to so many of us. Let's hope it won't happened again.0

I think it’s probably an issue with the envelopes they’re using. I don’t think they’re robust enough to stay sealed during transit.jaybee said:Odd that it has happened to so many of us. Let's hope it won't happened again.
I’m just amazed that all my books of stamps were still inside the envelope as it was fully unsealed and everyone could see what was inside!“Hardware: The parts of a computer system that can be thrown out of the nearest window!”0 -
I had the same issue with my stamps. Envelope open but luckily the stamps were still in there.
More concerning was that the letter inside it was addressed to someone else. I know that names/addresses are shared as part of the panel in order to send mail, but it isn't a good look!1 -
Can't remember - think it was just a folded letter saying here are your stamps, it was folded so it couldn't be read unless it was opened out so I'm not that bothered. Just glad there were no stamps missing.HonestJohn said:

Finally got mine today. The perforations were 3/4 open and the envelope was a bit crumpled but the contents were intact. These envelopes are not up to having any substantial contents. They are just meant for letters. I think the contents increase the thickness which puts extra strain on the perforations when they go through the sorting machines.HonestJohn said:
A lot of their envelopes have an easy open perforation on the back. Some seem to get torn during transit.jaybee said:Today I received an opened envelope from Spectos with just one book of 4 x 1st class stamps.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.
