I did that and have had a reply that they will now start sending me test packs. I don't know why I need a testing phase when I have been active for them for a few weeks, but at least it should mean I get the stamps....at some point.

That's fine, but just seems a little odd as I've already been receiving and posting test items for them during October and November.

I also received a letter today from them telling me I have been a loyal participant and enclosing 24 x 1st class and 8 x 1st class large stamps; presumably for October and November.

Thank you for supporting us during our setup and parallel phase. This is greatly appreciated!

We took note of your request and we set your account as active. You shall start receiving test items to send next week or beginning of the week after.

Please do not forget to add any time off on the app during this period.

As for the stamps, there should be a presentation set and also a regular set being sent out.

I also got the same email today and have been sending and receiving items for them for a while now - apart from the last couple of weeks when there has been a lull.  Presumably we will start receiving items again soon now we are marked as happy to be live - still waiting for my stamps, must be loads of stuff stuck in the post with all the strikes.  I booked a coach trip 10 days ago and only received my ticket today.

Just received my 24 standard 1st class stamps (2 x books of 8 and 2 x books of 4).

Also 8 large letter 1st class stamps (2 x books of 4).

There was no presentation pack but the letter enclosed said that they will be sent out.

This is what the letter enclosed with the stamps said:

As promised, please find enclosed with this letter the stamps for the period that you registered, to date.

We will continue to send you stamps each month that you are active in the transit time survey. In addition, we will be sending you a presentation pack for the setup period. Finally, you will soon be able to convert your points into vouchers.

Today I received an opened envelope from Spectos with just one book of 4 x 1st class stamps.

A lot of their envelopes have an easy open perforation on the back. Some seem to get torn during transit.

mine I had yesterday was open too. did not look as if it had been opened the normal way. It was open all the way along under the sealing flap which went straight across, I was as though there was a perforation below the flap. The side was open too. Fortunately all the stamps were still on there. I did wonder what I would do if they were missing because if you alerted Kantar about anything like this they would throw you off the panel,

I was typing my reply as your appeared and I think the same it did not appear to be torn open.

Yes, I am reluctant to contact them as I'm sure none of us want to thrown off before we've properly started.
