I got mine today & perferation had been torn.
I got :-
2 x8 1st
2 x4 1st

I also received mine today - envelope opened along the perforation but fortunately contents still in there.

My spectos stamps only appeared yesterday. In parts of the country where post is even more sporadic or spectos are not sending them all out on the same day I would think there is still hope.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
