    I got mine today & perferation had been torn.
    I got :-
    2 x8 1st
    2 x4 1st
    2 x4 1st large which I think is right?

    My envelope had also been torn open to the extend that you could see the contents. 

    I expected some stamps to be missing!

    I also received mine today - envelope opened along the perforation but fortunately contents still in there.

    My spectos stamps only appeared yesterday. In parts of the country where post is even more sporadic or spectos are not sending them all out on the same day I would think there is still hope.
