I emailed them yesterday to tell them that I would post my late letters one on Friday ( a week late) and the other on Bank holiday Monday next week (that one is 2 weeks late)

I did point out that neither of them would be collected because of the strike and Bank holiday. I received a reply thanking me for letting them know.
I’m in the same situation. Pack received yesterday (20th) with something to be posted on the 19th.

Next Monday (26th Dec) and the Monday after that (2nd Jan) are both bank holidays. Therefore do I post on the 9th Jan as per their instructions or just post it on the 26th?

I am in exactly the same position - my item was also for the 19th - I have emailed them to ask what to do, not sure whether the 9th January will be too late or not.  Its unusual to not be able to post a late item for two weeks in a row due to bank holidays.  I'll post the reply if I get an answer before I go away tomorrow.
I'm in the same position. Today my post included a bundle for posting on 19th, one for 20th, then a separate bundle one for 28th, one for 29th.

I am tempted to post the 19th, 20th and 28th all on the 28th.

The FAQs would suggest that Spectos are more precise on this than Kantar ever were. Kantar gave the option of posting on the same day the following week or if that didn’t work, any day. Spectos only say that it should be posted on the same day the following week, or as confirmed above, the same day in 2 weeks time. Presumably it’s something to do with monitoring different activity levels on different days i.e. does post on a Monday get delayed more often than post on a Wednesday, for instance.

After my last post, I received a posting pack from Spectos (with 3 stamp booklets and 2 presentation packs) but my eye caught the sentence at the very bottom of the posting plan:

Any items which are received late must be posted on the same day the week after, or the same day 2 weeks after, so I wouldn’t post them all on 28th.

And if you break the rule, what happens? Maybe if Spectos want the rules followed precisely they should send the bundles out earlier, after all they know more than anyone how late the post is at the moment.

I don’t understand what the difficultly is with following the instructions they provide? The bundles haven’t arrived in time (Kantar’s packs aren’t arriving on time either) and in that case, they are pretty clear about posting on the same day the following week, or the week after (or perhaps the week after that, if required). If that wasn’t how they wanted it done, they wouldn’t have said it.

To me, it’s pretty straightforward and I wouldn’t risk getting booted off by doing it my own way. Maybe that’s just me. 🤷‍♂️

My thoughts precisely. Seen a few posts on the Kantar thread where people have suggested ways around problems that don't appear to follow the guidelines. If you can't follow the simple rules you shouldn't be on the panel.

What I like about Spectos is their emphasis on posting before the last collection time on a certain day rather than just posting on a certain day.

    I posted a bundle today.
The app kept showing an error message when trying to submit.
Anyone else have this with the Spectos app?

I got a pop-up from the Spectos app on Boxing Day.   Telling me I had overdue items to post.  Anyone else seen this?  There's nowhere in the app to read a message (version 1.3.0) so I suspect it's a test.  I don't have any overdue items - I haven't had the posting bundles - and Spectos should know this as we log the arrival of the bundles.

    ???
I need to think of something new here...

Yes, i had a notification as well and agree they really need a message centre in the app so they are more visible.

I received a bundle (late) to post on the 19th so thought it might have been to do with that - though from other posts I gather we shouldn't send those until the 9th Jan.

I received an email from them a couple of days ago giving me a 'gentle reminder' to post bundle that I was supposed to send on 12 Dec, not received anything from them yet, obviously due to postal strike, is everyone else waiting this long for their bundles to arrive from them?
