Spectos/Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

I am having a few issues with the app since the last update :-
1. Points have been divided by 1000
2. It gives the wrong times for my posting locations. I keep having to upload a photo when I post.
3. It still doesn't scan the barcodes.

I wouldn't worry. Lots of mail is delayed by weeks due to the effects of the Royal Mail strikes. 

Worry - me?   I got an e-mail too - which tells me that I haven't scanned in the bundle but if I haven't got it because of the strike, ignore the messages.

I got post today - some of it postmarked late November!

On 1 - when it shows 1.000 they mean 1,000.

In parts of Europe including Germany they use . instead of , as a number separator. Feel free to tell Spectos so they can localise this bit of their app for the UK.

On 3 - mine scans the QR codes fine afaik now. They didn't originally but this was sorted some time ago

1. Mine is the same but it’s just the way they’re displaying the number.

2. Mine have always been wrong. I keep uploading a photo every time I post but Spectos aren’t updating the times.

3. I had this problem when Spectos first started but all QR codes scan for me without issue.

I think Spectos might have ran out of RFID’s! 

Just received a bundle to post next week and none of the envelopes seem to have RFID’s inside as they look and feel like there’s only a sheet of paper inside.

Me too, three to post 09/01, not one RFID

Me too, three to post 09/01, not one RFID

I have three to post on one day too mine have got  RFIDs in them. There is only one paper band around them to scan, so I am presuming they all go in the postbox together

4 envelopes full of various other envelopes and tasks received this morning, but my app ( iOS 1.3.0) is no longer working for me  it’s showing a page of computer code and then zero points with no access to menus …
I am wondering if they have got something offline their end. Am I alone? Do any of you also now have a non working app?

I can't login in on Android. Was okay this morning.

I can't login in on Android. Was okay this morning.

I had same problem on iPhone about 1 hour ago. I switched my phone off/on & now the App is working fine, showing correct pts etc.
